Wow! I can't believe how crazy I've been the last month with my Senior Year! It's FLYING by... It's already November. I just taught my first lesson as a teacher! It went really well! Thank goodness! I learned a lot and can't wait to teach my next lesson.
In my Special Education class focusing on Technology, we are learning about Google Docs and how helpful they can be in any type of setting, school or business. It really is a great tool for everyone to use! Google has a lot of tools that are helpful for everyone! Play around and try it out! I think you'll like what you'll find out! :)

You are right Brenda, Google Docs is a wonderful tool to use in the classroom! I just learned about it this year, and I am amazed on how much it can be incorporated into not only the classroom, but also in the business world. It allows children to start working on their doc, and if they do not finish it at school, they can finish it up at home. Docs can be published for everyone to see, as well, which allows people from all over to view other people's docs. Overall, I highly recommend using Google Docs in the classroom!
ReplyDeleteI have had a gmail account for a while now but I felt pretty surprised to learn all of the things I can do with Google. I had no idea how much is available there for my future students. I know that Ira and Sarah were giving us this information for our future classrooms but I have already found myself using the tools for my own schooling. I need to be sure to keep myself informed on technologies as simple and useful as GoogleDocs.
